  • Heat Supply in Oberviechtach

A local heating network was implemented in 2017 in the village of Oberviechtach, located in the Bavarian Forest. This network supplies several apartment buildings, single-family homes, and semi-detached houses in a new development area, as well as several nearby existing buildings, a building yard, and the volunteer fire department. The network was planned and implemented as a cold network.

  • Haßfurt Sliding Net

As part of its urban development plans, the city of Haßfurt planned the Am Osterfeld II development area with local heating from the outset. The municipal utilities are thus pursuing a consistent policy of supplying the city with decentralized energy from renewable sources. Due to the high insulation standard of the buildings in the new development area and the associated low power density in the local heating network, it was decided to design the network as a sliding, cold network.

  • Cold Network Dollnstein

The market town of Dollnstein in the Eichstätt district wanted to reorganize and restructure the energy supply for the town center, known as the “Innerer Markt.” This gave rise to the idea of implementing the supply via a local heating network. The special feature here is that it is a Heat Network 4.0, i.e., a cold network.
