On-Site Storage Welding
All stratified storage tanks can be welded on site in the boiler room if required. This service is often very useful when dealing with larger storage tanks (1,300–4,000 liters) that do not fit through stairwells or doors. Instead of inefficiently connecting several buffer storage tanks in parallel, a single efficient Oskar° stratified storage tank can be used. Our experienced welding team also performs pressure testing of the tank on site – just as if it had been manufactured in the factory.

You can reach our technicians by phone via the hotline on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and receive comprehensive support from experienced specialists.
Spare Parts Service
Replacement parts for your ratiotherm products are usually available within 36 hours anywhere in Germany, whether you need them for Oskar° stratified storage tanks, fresh water technology, or heat pumps.
Commissioning Service
Upon customer request, new systems are checked for proper installation by the experienced technicians of the ratiotherm factory customer service department and commissioned in cooperation with the specialist company carrying out the installation. The initial commissioning of each system is verifiably logged and documented.
Software Update Service
The operating software for heat pumps and other ratiotherm products, such as the Oskar° stratified storage tank or our drinking water cascades, can be automatically updated and monitored on request via a separate maintenance contract. Thanks to ratiotherm remote access via the Internet, this process is automated for you.
Maintenance Packages
You can sign up for fixed-term maintenance contracts for your products, especially ratiotherm heat pumps. There are various maintenance packages with different service scopes available, and we would be happy to advise you on this.
Remote Maintenance
The correct functioning and parameterization of your heat pump and other ratiotherm products are continuously monitored and optimized as needed by concluding a corresponding maintenance contract via the Internet. Malfunctions are automatically reported to our service personnel and, if desired, automatically repaired—often before you even notice the malfunction.
Product Advice
We are happy to provide advice and assistance during the decision-making process for a new heating system. Our trained staff will be happy to help you with the optimal dimensioning and design of the system components. On request, you will receive a project-specific hydraulic diagram and a corresponding individual quote, which in turn forms the basis for the subsequent programming of the control technology.
Services for Maximum Efficiency
The efficiency of your ratiotherm heat pump can be measured at any time at the customer’s request and optimized by fine-tuning the individual units. This ensures that maximum efficiency values are achieved on a permanent basis, and even providing evidence of COP values to the BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control) is no problem. The technology required to record the necessary parameters is installed as standard in every ratiotherm heat pump.
Configuration Service
During commissioning of the system technology, our trained service personnel can configure the heat pump or ratiotherm control system either remotely or on site as a service, and adapt it to individual customer requirements and needs. This ensures you achieve the highest possible system efficiency.
Warranty
The statutory guarantees and warranties for ratiotherm system technology can be extended by concluding a maintenance contract—we would be happy to advise you individually and comprehensively on this topic.
Repair Service
Our qualified and trained ratiotherm service technicians carry out all necessary repairs on your system technology, whether it be Oskar° stratified storage tanks, a heat pump, or control technology. Comprehensive documentation is also part of our service.
Leak Test
Heat pumps are refrigeration devices and are subject in part to the provisions of the F-Gas Regulation. Depending on the size of the system, this may result in an annual inspection requirement for the refrigeration circuit. The ratiotherm factory customer service department will be happy to take care of this service—including, of course, the necessary documentation and verification.
