Our specialist staff can also produce customer-specific OEM heat pumps, refrigeration circuits, and other hydraulic circuits as OEM products. The associated engineering for such projects can also be covered by our experienced developers, designers, mechanical engineers, and technicians. Thanks to our well-coordinated and flexible technical team, even tight schedules in OEM development can be met.
OEM small series and prototypes of all kinds can be individually designed and developed at our production site and optimized for functional and maintenance-friendly operation in the subsequent series product. In addition to the hardware, the software plays an important role in ultimately generating a stable, functioning product, such as OEM heat pumps or OEM refrigeration circuits. We have our own programmers who implement these requirements in accordance with the project-specific specifications and requirements.
OEM buffer tanks, OEM stratified storage tanks, and all special types of heating buffers, as well as special cooling buffers including the necessary special insulation in all shapes and sizes, can be manufactured at our site in Dollnstein according to project-specific specifications. Our experienced engineering team also designs stratified inserts for large storage tanks and seasonal storage tanks up to 6000 m³ individually and according to requirements, and our technical team manufactures them accordingly. Other product groups, such as OEM electric heating systems, can also be designed and developed on customer request and, after prototype implementation including the necessary testing, produced in small series as OEM series products.
Our test bench, which was completely overhauled in 2019, allows us to test all manufactured products such as OEM heat pumps, OEM storage tanks, and our complete heat pump series before delivery. This primarily serves quality assurance in series and OEM business. At the same time, our in-house measurement, testing, and functional testing capabilities also significantly shorten product development cycles, further underscoring the innovative strength and flexibility of ratiotherm’s product sectors.
