District Heating Heat Pumps from the manufacturer ratiotherm

With integrated transfer station for use in classic, cold, and sliding local heating systems

Innovative network concepts with local heating

ratiotherm specializes in the development of products for the use of cold or sliding heat networks in the field of heat pumps. The idea behind this is to generate fewer network losses by centrally tapping a source and then distributing the heat via a pipe system. The temperature required for drinking water and heating purposes is generated by our specially developed heat pumps. Based on a classic groundwater or brine heat pump, these local heat transfer stations are specially equipped for use in innovative network concepts (Heating Network 4.0). The systems are characterized by the possibility of integrating a classic transfer station for local heating (60-95°C) into the system. We also manufacture special solutions according to customer requirements.

The advantages of the district heating heat pump at a glance:

  • Significant reduction in grid losses
  • Utilization of low-temperature environmental heat for heating purposes
  • Contribution to the energy transition through renewable energies in the form of electricity
